Civil / Structutal Engineer, Saudi Arabia, (Saudi nationals only - due to visa issues)
Primary objective
Supervise and control a group of contractors and their workers in the implementation of civil and structural works of the 150 KM Pipeline Project. Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with HSE, quality, schedule and cost requirement.

Specific Accountabilities
Carry out in-service and pre-service civil analysis for 150 Km Pipeline installations
Preparation of calculations, technical notes, requisitions, specifications, and deliverables within discipline.
Checking of calculations, technical notes, requisitions, specifications, drawings and deliverables produced within discipline.
Input into Basis of Designs, Work Scopes and FEED Studies.
Training and development of personnel.
Compliance with Technical Standards and Company Procedures.
Compliance with Regulatory, Legal, Quality and Company Requirements.
Maintaining a co-operative and helpful attitude to colleagues and clients.
Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Oil & Gas Business Unit.
Safety – Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices for the Oil & Gas Business Unit. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Applicant must have pipeline experience.
Other Skills
A relevant Civil Engineering Degree. 8 years related experience in the power projects Familiarity of Industry Standards including API RP2A and ISO recommended practices. Proficient in the use of the structural analysis program SACS. Experience in structural steel design. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in spoken and written English. Ability to work independently or within a team.
